Belcaro Modern Reveal

As promised, we have the final renderings and finish materials for the Belcaro Modern spec residence.  They certainly speak for themselves – the interiors are sleek, sophisticated, spacious, and luxurious.  Everything a modern Denver family would love in their forever home.

K Studios & Company specializes in new construction – this project exemplifies the breadth and value of our services.  We were able to collaborate with the builder, Robert Beam, of Ridgewood Development Partners, as well as the architect Steve Barsch of Barsch Design.  Some of the services provided on this project were: a complete finish package, plumbing and lighting selections, and finally, the photorealistic renderings you see below.  These renderings will aid in the promotion, and ultimately the selling of this premium property.  You can see examples of similar renderings for another project here.
